Important Timings for Candidates

Mandatory Items:

Candidates will not be allowed entry inside the centre without the following mandatory documents: 

1. Print/Hard Copy of Admit Card

2. 1 recent, coloured passport size photograph of the candidate

3. Original Photo identity proof with candidate’s name and photo (matching with name and photo on Admit Card) issued by Government – PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar Card/ E-Aadhar etc. (with photograph)

Prohibited Items:

Candidates will not be allowed to take the following items inside the centre : 

1. Any stationery item – such as textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Calculator, Pen Drives, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.

2. Any communication device – such as Smart watch, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, Camera, etc.

3. Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, pouches, etc.

4. Any eatable item opened or packed, except for diabetic candidates

5. Any other item which could be used for unfair means

In case of Minor Discrepancy in Admit Card

In case of a minor discrepancy, the following declaration must be brought and submitted by the candidate (self-attested) at the centre.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

THERE WILL BE NO RETEST FOR ABSENTEES

1. Use of unfair means is strictly prohibited during the exam and will lead to cancellation of candidature.


2. Important timings for Candidates :

3. Candidates are advised to reach the CBT 2025 exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam starts, to avoid any unexpected delays.


4. Furthermore, candidates should arrange for their transportation and plan their travel beforehand (especially in case of a centre in another state).


5. After entering the exam centre school, the candidates must check the seating plan and move to their exam lab immediately.


6. No candidate will be allowed entry to the exam lab after commencement of Test i.e. 10.00 am (morning) or 02.00 pm (afternoon)


7. To be eligible for taking the CBT exam, candidates are required to present the following documents to the invigilators at the exam centre for identity verification:

Admit Card along with print out of Application Form downloaded from the official link.
One recent coloured Passport size photograph (to be pasted on the Attendance Sheet form at the Centre).
Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by Government - PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport /Aadhar Card/ E-Aadhaar etc. (with photograph)

8. No Candidate will be allowed to enter the CBT Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Application Form and Photo Identification Proof.


9. Receipt of this Admit Card for the Test does not constitute an offer for employment from DAV.


10. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings or prohibited items including electronic/bluetooth devices, mobile phone, smart watch, calculator, camera, pointed items, weapons, eatables etc. inside the examination hall. The centre will not be responsible for safe keeping of candidate's personal belongings.


11. Candidates must enter the required details in the Attendance Sheet provided at the centre in legible handwriting, put their signature and paste the Photograph.


12. No TA / DA is admissible.


13. In case, on the day of the exam, the internet services at the exam centre crash/become dysfunctional due to unforeseen/technical reasons, the exam may get a little delayed or postponed. The new day/date/time of the exam will be communicated to the candidate via mail.
