3 PHASES OF D.A.V. RECRUITMENT PROCESS - 2025

The Recruitment Process has been modified with 3 phases in 2025 as given below :

PHASE 1

Submission of Application Form by candidates and selection of candidates eligible for CBT as per CBSE/State Govt./DAVCMC norms (at school/zonal level) (October 15 onwards)

1. DAV Zonal/Regional Offices/Schools will advertise vacancies in national & regional newspapers all over India


2. Candidates will submit the Application Form at DAV Zonal/Regional Offices/ Schools on or before November 05, 2024.
   Candidates can apply for one post/subject only.
   (only Registered Mobile No. & self email id must be mentioned in the form, so that all further communication from DAVCMC reaches the candidates easily)


3. Application Forms will be scrutinized for eligibility as per CBSE/State Govt./DAVCMC norms for different posts
   (eligibility mandatory to enter Phase 2)

PHASE 2

Conduct of online Computer-Based Test (CBT) for candidates found eligible as per CBSE/State Govt./DAVCMC norms eligibility criteria (November 20 onwards)

1. Eligible candidates (who fulfill eligibility criteria as per CBSE/State Govt./DAVCMC norms) will be contacted on their Registered Mobile Number-RMN for CBT - January 2025 by DAV schools/zonal/regional offices
   (only Registered Mobile No. & email id will be used for communication)


2. Eligible candidates will register themselves for DAV CBT - January 2025 on DAV Recruitment Website - https://davrecruit.davcmc.in/
   (only Registered Mobile No. & self email id mandatory for registration of CBT, so that all further processes and communication from DAVCMC can be done easily)


3. Eligible candidates will pay exam fee for DAV CBT - January 2025 on DAV Recruitment Website - https://davrecruit.davcmc.in/
   (only Registered Mobile No. & self email id can be used to pay the exam fee)


4. CBT Admit Cards with Exam Roll No., Centre, Day & date of Exam will be issued to candidates on DAV recruitment website (December 2024)
   (only Registered Mobile No. & self email id can be used to download the Admit Card)


5. DAV CBT will be conducted in January 2025


6. Those who qualify in CBT 2025 will get Provisional Eligibility Card (P.E.C.) which can be used to enter Phase 3
   (only Registered Mobile No. & self email id can be used to download P.E.C.)

PHASE 3

Demo, Interview and Selection by the Selection Committee (at school/zonal level) (whenever there is vacancy in school/zone)

1. A DAV CBT qualified candidate can apply in any DAV school/zone, whenever and wherever there is a vacancy for the post for which candidate has qualified CBT.


2. DAV Schools/Zones/Regional Offices will conduct demo and interview


3. Those, who clear Phase 3 (demo & interview), will be offered employment in DAV institutions
